We are seeking a talented Paid Media Specialist with a focus on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram), to join us in activating a single campaign.
Project Details:
YW3 is looking for a visionary Creative Director to join our team in a contractor role on a project basis, leading conceptually-driven work for some of the world’s most innovative brands. This is a rare opportunity for a creative leader who thrives at the intersection of bold storytelling, cutting-edge tech, and cultural relevance - someone who values both the freedom of flexibility and the ambition of doing cool sh*t!
Job Summary:
You’re a big thinker with a hands-on approach, equally fluent in traditional creative strategy and emerging platforms. You can craft unforgettable brand narratives, build next-gen experiences, and push creative boundaries in ways that actually move the needle. You’re comfortable leading brand storytelling, experiential, social, and emerging creative formats - and you know when to embrace the weird, unexpected, and viral-worthy. You can sell through visionary ideas with clients while also rolling up your sleeves to execute when needed.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead high-impact creative across brand campaigns, social-first storytelling, digital innovation, and experiential activations.

Work on notable clients in industries ranging from beauty to tech to logistics - brands that are shaping culture, not chasing it.

Collaborate with YW3’s strategists, producers, and creative talent to execute ideas at the highest level.

Push creative boundaries with Next-Gen tech including AI, next-generation Creators & Influencers, phygital storytelling & experience, and beyond.

Develop future-proof creative concepts that translate across multiple platforms and audience segments.
Qualifications:
-
7-10+ years of experience in a top-tier agency, brand, or creative studio.

A portfolio of boundary-pushing, concept-driven work- spanning digital, experiential, and branded content.

A deep understanding of brand storytelling, culture, and commercial creativity.
-
Familiarity with AI, immersive tech, and digital innovation (or a willingness to learn fast).

A natural leader who can be comfortable on client calls (when needed) to sell ideas, guide teams, and execute flawlessly.

Experience working across luxury, tech, lifestyle, and/or global brands is a plus.
