Job Summary:
The Paid Media Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across Meta platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of Meta's advertising tools, audience targeting capabilities, and performance metrics. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, creative, and skilled in developing strategies that drive engagement, conversions, and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy and Planning:
-
Develop comprehensive paid media strategies for Meta platforms, aligning with overall marketing objectives and business goals

Identify target audiences and create detailed audience segments using Meta’s advanced targeting options and/or existing audience segments developed by our client (if applicable)

Plan budget allocation and bidding strategies to maximize ROI

Campaign Execution:

Set up, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns on Facebook and Instagram
-
Monitor campaign performance daily, making adjustments as needed to achieve campaign KPIs against measurements and guaranteed Video Views / CPV

Analytics and Reporting:
-
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, including impressions, clicks, conversions, and cost-per-acquisition

Utilize Meta’s analytics tools to gain insights and identify opportunities for optimization
-
Present findings and actionable optimization recommendations on a daily and weekly basis

Create a comprehensive wrap report on the performance of the media and measurement

Inclusive of an interpretation of the measurement data

Optimization:

Test and refine campaign elements such as targeting, ad formats, and creative to improve performance
-
Implement retargeting strategies to re-engage users and drive conversions
-
Ensure that you are meeting and exceeding company margin targets
-
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field
-
5-10+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns on Meta platforms
-
Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and related tools
-
Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
Experience with A/B testing and optimization techniques
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Experience with other platforms; YouTube & TikTok could prove useful

Certification in Meta advertising (e.g., Facebook Blueprint Certification) - preferable

Familiarity with Meta analytic tools & Measurement suite including but not limited to “Polls”
