YW3Brand Experience

Culture can't be interrupted. It has to be experienced.

Brands now compete in culture, not media. The work that lands is the work people can step inside: a premiere, a playroom, a diner during Super Bowl week. We work across consumer and business audiences, from launches and live experiences to B2B thought leadership, partner marketing and sales enablement.

How it works
  1. 01

    Premium Storytelling

IP creation and branded content, from short to long form.

Live action, 2D, 3D and animation, shot on location or on stage.

  2. 02

    Cultural Tastemakers

Tastemakers, celebrities, creators, subject-matter experts and B2B voices.

Researched, negotiated, contracted, managed and delivered end to end, not just booked.

  3. 03

    Experiential

    Live, immersive, hybrid and digital.

Premieres, pop-ups, trade shows, owned events and digital worlds people step into.

  4. Three ways into culture. One measurable Brand Experience.

YW32027 Cultural Mapping

Culture isn’t waiting for your 2027 plan.

The dates are easy. The decisions aren’t.

Start with a Culture Audit

YW3 maps business objectives against culture, communities and the moments already earning attention, then identifies the cultural opportunity where the brand can contribute something worth noticing.

  1. Culture AuditWhat are you doing now? Where are the gaps?
  2. Cultural MappingWhere can the brand contribute next?
  3. Brand ExperienceWhat do we build?

How it works

End to end, or anywhere in between. From the first cultural insight to measurable impact, YW3 can lead the entire engagement or integrate wherever you need us.

YW3BEMBrand Experience Measurement

Proprietary Brand Experience Measurement

A wrap report is not measurement.

BEM measures real-world audience exposure and engagement, turning Brand Experiences into actionable intelligence for your broader marketing ecosystem.

Direct sensing. Measurable impact.

Privacy-by-design measurement across fixed and mobile experiences, with audience insights that inform attribution, media strategy and future activations.

BEM: signals in, measurements out Anonymous signals converge on BEM, which produces four aggregate measurements: unique visitors, dwell time, exposure frequency (repeat observations within the measurement footprint) and audience flow. SIGNALS IN · MEASUREMENTS OUT BEM UNIQUE VISITORS DWELL TIME 4× 4× EXPOSURE FREQUENCY AUDIENCE FLOW ANONYMOUS · AGGREGATE

Built to move.

From flagship venues and trade shows to branded vehicles and mobile tours, BEM brings audience measurement to experiences wherever they happen.

Fixed or mobile. The measurement travels with it.

How BEM works

  1. 01 / Measure

    Understand the experience.

Unique visitors, dwell time, exposure frequency and audience flow.

  2. 02 / Attribute

    Make MarCom smarter.

Connect approved exposure data with your existing marketing KPIs and attribution tools.

  3. 03 / Activate

    Power paid media.

Inform audience strategy, creative sequencing and post-experience media activation.

Privacy by design. Aggregate core measurement. Attribution and activation through separate, approved workflows.

YW3StudioNext-Gen Production

Creating content at the speed of culture.

One day of production.
Years of possibility.

YW3 Studio combines existing assets with new production to create reusable Source IP, then extends its value through physical, virtual, hybrid and custom generative workflows. Through our strategic partnership with ZeroSpace, we connect that production model to world-class infrastructure in Brooklyn, bringing creative, technology and production together under one roof.

Source IP is the asset. Next-Gen Production is the engine. ROIP is the return.

  • Live action and broadcast
  • LED / ICVFX
  • Motion capture
  • Volumetric capture
  • Real-time environments
  • Custom generative workflows

The production architecture changes with the project.

  • PhysicalPeople, products, places and movement captured in front of the lens.
  • VirtualReal-time worlds, LED / in-camera VFX (ICVFX) and digital environments created around the capture.
  • HybridPhysical and virtual production designed as one system.
  • GenerativeCustom workflows built and tuned around Source IP cleared for reuse to create new versions, formats, markets and environments.

Return on Intellectual Property

The shoot is the starting point.

The value of production doesn’t end when the shoot wraps. It grows as Source IP is reused, remixed, extended and activated across stories, formats, markets and experiences.

Source IP

The asset system

The reusable body of brand or project material built from existing assets, new production or both, structured with the rights and metadata needed for reuse.

Next-Gen Production

The operating model

Physical, virtual, hybrid and custom generative workflows that create, structure and extend Source IP over time.

ROIP

The return

The value Source IP continues to generate as it is reused, activated and expanded over time.

About YW3

Built for a world with no homepage.

The way people discover brands has fundamentally changed. Attention moves through creators, communities, search, AI, entertainment, commerce and the real world. There is no single front door anymore.

YW3 was built for that reality.

Founded in 2019, YW3 is an independent Brand Experience Studio connecting strategy, creative, cultural influence, Next-Gen Production and measurement under one business.

We create the experiences people participate in, the content that travels beyond them, and the systems that help brands understand what their investment actually delivered.

Our model is deliberately different. Senior talent, global collaborators, proprietary capabilities and strategic partners are assembled around the opportunity, not inherited from an agency org chart.

From consumer launches and entertainment premieres to B2B experiences, production innovation and measurable brand engagement, YW3 connects cultural relevance to commercial ambition.

Creative instincts. Commercial intelligence.

AI portrait of Jason Bitensky, Founder and CEO of YW3

Meet the founder

Jason Bitensky

Founder & CEO, YW3

He’s spent his career watching the rules change. Then building businesses around what came next.

Jason came up in media when a homepage takeover could sell for $2 million in a single day. At AOL / Time Warner, the homepage was the front door to the internet, and brands paid handsomely to own it.

Then the front door disappeared.

Discovery taught him content. At Millennial Media, he was inside the mobile advertising revolution before programmatic became table stakes. Then came VICE Media Group: four years inside a company pushing culture, content, advertising and entertainment into new territory, from Snapchat Discover to its own television network, VICELAND.

Along the way, he built relationships with extraordinary creative talent. Since 2020, Jason and YW3 have represented Annie Leibovitz in global brand partnerships. He also became a longtime advisor to Influential, the creator-marketing company acquired by Publicis Groupe in 2024.

Across all of it, he kept running into the same false choice: creative or commercial.

He never bought it.

Jason founded YW3 in 2019 to build something different. Not another agency organized around departments. Not another production company waiting for a brief. A business built to connect cultural intelligence, exceptional people, production innovation and measurable outcomes.

He’s also a novelist. His debut, THE MONEY'$ COMING, turns four years inside VICE’s rise and unraveling into fiction, a story about media, ambition, culture and power. It arrives on all screens in 2027.

Creative or commercial?

That was never the choice.

You win. We win.
