We are seeking a talented Paid Media Specialist with a focus on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram), to join us in activating a single campaign.
Project Details:
YW3 is looking for a strategic and concept-driven B2B Creative Director to join our team on a contractor/project basis, leading innovative storytelling and brand-building for some of the most influential companies in logistics, innovation/technology, automotive, finance, and beyond. This is a rare opportunity for a creative leader who knows how to turn complex B2B narratives into compelling, culture-shaping content - someone who values the freedom of flexibility while pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in brand storytelling.
Job Summary:
You’re a big thinker and a strategic builder who understands that B2B storytelling is about more than just white papers and sales decks. You know how to create high-impact campaigns, thought leadership programs, and social-first storytelling that transform brands into industry thought leaders. You embrace emerging platforms, AI, and digital innovation to craft narratives that drive engagement and business results.
You thrive in an environment where you can sell utilitarian and visionary ideas to executive-level clients, while also rolling up your sleeves to bring concepts to life.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and develop breakthrough B2B creative across brand campaigns, LinkedIn content strategies, executive thought leadership, and industry-defining storytelling.

Work with notable clients in logistics, technology, finance, and enterprise solutions - brands that need smart, creative thinking to stand out.

Collaborate with YW3’s strategists, producers, and creative talent to execute world-class B2B creative work.

Translate complex business insights, data, and innovations into engaging, human-centered storytelling that resonates with decision-makers.

Push creative boundaries with AI, next-gen influencers, phygital storytelling, and emerging formats to modernize B2B marketing.

Develop future-proof creative concepts that work across multiple platforms, across LinkedIn, Email / Newsletter, SMS, physical and interactive digital experiences.
Qualifications:
-
7-10+ years of experience in a top-tier agency, brand, or creative studio with a focus on B2B, enterprise, or corporate marketing.

Expertise in Digital, Social, Influencer & Traditional marketing mediums and activation strategies.

A portfolio of concept-driven, brand-elevating work in the B2B space, spanning digital, experiential, and content-driven storytelling.

A deep understanding of brand storytelling, industry trends, and commercial creativity.

Strong familiarity with LinkedIn as a strategic B2B platform - experience with executive thought leadership and brand publishing is a plus.

Ability to distill complex ideas into compelling, engaging narratives that drive brand influence.

Experience working with enterprise, SaaS, logistics, finance, or technology brands is a major plus.

A natural leader who is comfortable on client calls with executives, selling in big ideas and guiding teams to execute flawlessly.
