Brand Creative - B2C (Contractor)

Freelance / Project-Based | Remote / Hybrid (U.S. preferred)

YW3 is on the hunt for a strategically sharp, creatively unhinged (in the best way) Brand Creative to support our growing slate of B2C campaigns. You’ll concept bold ideas, build slick decks, and help shape stories that show up across social, paid, and IRL - from TikTok feeds to Times Square takeovers.

This is a project-based, client-facing role for someone who can turn "What if…" into "Here’s the deck." You should be equal parts moodboard, copy doc, and business case - with taste that outpaces trend.

What You’ll Do 

  • Concept and build campaign platforms, creative decks, and treatments for consumer brands
     

  • Help define storytelling systems across social, content, experiential, and commerce
     

  • Partner with producers, designers, and strategists to bring ideas to life
     

  • Stay plugged into fashion, music, nightlife, creators, tech - and fold that into the work
     

  • Work async via email, GChat, and Docs - no “quick Zooms,” no calendar clutter

 

You Should Be

  • Deep in digital culture (TikTok, IG, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.)
     

  • Obsessed with storytelling formats, editorial-level visuals, and meme-worthy ideas
     

  • Comfortable toggling between high-concept and hands-on (copywriting, visual refs, Slides)
     

  • Experienced with content studio workflows, experiential campaigns, and paid media briefs
     

  • Fluent in Google Slides
     

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years in a creative, strategy, or content role (agency, brand, publisher, or studio)
     

  • Strong writing and visual communication skills
     

  • Working knowledge of content production, experiential marketing, and/or paid social
     

  • U.S.-based and available for freelance (project-based or hourly); async preferred
     

  • Compensation: Based on experience and skillset

Bonus Points If You

  • Can design or animate (Adobe Suite, 2D/3D, motion, etc.)
     

  • Think in “cultural impact,” not just CPM or KPI
     

  • Can translate a moodboard into a full-blown creative platform
     

  • Believe Britney Spears is a lifestyle, not just a pop star
