We are seeking a talented Paid Media Specialist with a focus on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram), to join us in activating a single campaign.
 

Project Details:

YW3 is seeking an Experiential Creative Director to lead boundary-pushing brand activations, immersive storytelling, and multi-sensory experiences. This is a rare opportunity for a visionary creative who thrives at the intersection of culture, tech, and live brand engagement - someone who can dream up unforgettable IRL and digital-first experiences and bring them to life in unexpected, viral-worthy ways.

 

If you specialize in turning brand stories into full-body experiences, whether through live events, interactive installations, immersive digital extensions, or phygital brand moments, this is your chance to do it on a global stage.

 

Job Summary:

You’re an idea machine with executional grit. You know how to blend the art of storytelling with cutting-edge technology, entertainment, and experiential formats to build campaigns that capture attention and drive engagement. You think big, bold, and immersive, but you also have the ability to bring ideas from concept to reality.

You’re fluent in brand strategy, experiential, influencer and digital innovation, and you understand that the best ideas live at the intersection of culture, community, and interaction. You can sell through high-impact ideas with clients while also rolling up your sleeves to collaborate with producers, fabricators, designers, and technologists to make it happen.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead & ideate high-impact experiential campaigns, brand activations, and social-first storytelling that merge live, digital, and emerging media.

  • Concept and oversee immersive brand experiences that connect with audiences IRL and online; from pop-ups to large-scale installations, XR activations, and hybrid brand moments.

  • Work with Next-Gen tech (AI, immersive environments, interactive media, gamification, and new creator formats) to redefine brand storytelling.

  • Collaborate closely with YW3’s team of strategists, producers, designers, and fabricators to push creative concepts forward at the highest level.

  • Ensure every concept is future-proof, culture-first, and drives impact across multiple platforms and audience segments.

  • Be a thought leader in experiential, brand engagement, and emerging creative formats, always looking for what’s next.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in an agency, brand, or creative studio, specializing in experiential, live events, activations, and digital extensions.

  • A portfolio showcasing boundary-pushing experiential and brand storytelling work from large-scale activations to intimate, high-touch moments.

  • Strong understanding of phygital storytelling, live/digital integrations, and interactive consumer engagement.

  • Familiarity with AI, immersive tech, XR, or interactive media (or the ability to learn quickly).

  • A leader who can sell through ideas, pitch with confidence, and bring teams together to execute visionary concepts.

  • Experience working across luxury, tech, lifestyle, entertainment and global brands is a plus.

  • Network of locations and experts to develop and produce projects 

  • Fluent in understanding budgeting, cost parameters and forecasting
