Job Summary:
As a Project Manager at YW3, you will have an exciting opportunity to work hands-on within the front lines of the digital advertising industry alongside cutting edge clients with a variety of backgrounds. We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for driving project success. The ideal candidate will have a range of experience across 360-media campaigns - Digital and Social Advertising, Branded Content, Experiential Activations and thorough understanding of Agency, Publisher, Influencer and Production processes. The candidate must be comfortable in inter-office, partner and client facing communications.
Key Responsibilities:

Support the YW3 team on all pre-sales needs for client pitches ie. RFI / RFPs (where/when applicable to your scope)

Lead the implementation of projects post-sale

Coordinate and manage (internal and external) project teams, ensuring all members are aligned with project objectives

Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation and memorialize them with the proper business information systems (ie. Pipedrive, Asana and Google Suite)

Work closely with internal and external teams and clients to execute a variety of custom project deliverables, including but not limited to digital content campaigns, influencer and brand social content, event experiences, and more

Managing the deliverables across multiple stakeholders at the client level (sometimes requiring both Agency and direct client communications)

Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies

Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders and senior management and escalate any issues ASAP to ensure project milestones are met and project KPIs are achieved and optimized

Ensure projects adhere to the company’s quality standards and methodologies

Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among our clients, partners and potential third parties as our partnerships often have numerous partners, vendors or talent(s)

Manage project budgets in collaboration with the YW3 executive lead, ensuring financial objectives are met.

Ensure daily, weekly and quarterly reporting and stewardship is occurring across services and deliverables. This may include coordinating with YW3 team members or 3rd parties to aggregate the data and summarize for internal and external needs

Tastemaker outreach and partnership management from scouting to program execution

Work with YW3 Executive leads to schedule project meetings and ensure that the YW3 team members are prepared for all meetings including but not limited to; scheduling & confirming meetings, deck preparedness and meeting follow-up

Coordinate with project partners and teams to analyze campaign performance metrics, provide real-time optimization recommendations, and create end-of-campaign recap decks
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required
-
5-10+ years of experience in project management, in the advertising, media and marketing industry

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities

Proficiency in Google Suite, Keynote, Asana & Pipedrive
-
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
-
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
-
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
-
Proven track record of building and managing high-impact partnerships with Fortune 1000 companies, driving strategic initiatives, and leading direct client communications at the executive level
