The Role
This is a post-sale, client-facing campaign delivery role — and we’re looking for someone who can take the ball and run. Once the deal is inked, you own the work. You’ll be the main point of contact for both internal and external teams, ensuring we deliver what we promised, when we promised, at the highest level possible.
You’ll manage complex, fast-moving campaigns across digital, social, talent, and experiential. You’ll interface directly with clients (often Fortune 500), lead calls, wrangle vendors, keep creatives on track, and make sure our delivery always exceeds expectations. This role is the bridge between ambition and execution.
What You’ll Do

Lead day-to-day management of projects after the sale is closed

Be the primary client contact throughout campaign execution — from kickoff to final recap

Own timelines, deliverables, stakeholder communications, and real-time problem solving

Coordinate cross-functional teams including creatives, producers, talent reps, and vendors

Manage feedback loops, approvals, and versioning with grace and clarity

Keep projects moving inside our business systems (Asana, Pipedrive, Google Suite)

Track budgets and flag scope shifts in partnership with YW3 leadership

Ensure deliverables reflect our creative standards, client expectations, and campaign KPIs

Handle weekly updates, live optimizations, and end-of-project recaps

Keep the client happy and the YW3 team sane
You Should Be

Comfortable managing high-stakes campaigns, tight timelines, and ambitious deliverables

Fluent in digital, social, branded content, and experiential production processes

Not afraid of fast-moving decks, shifting scopes, or a little healthy chaos

Respected by creatives, trusted by clients, and cool under pressure
Requirements
-
5–10+ years in project or account management within media, creative, or marketing
-
Proven experience delivering integrated campaigns across social, digital, and experiential
-
Strong familiarity with tools like Asana, Google Drive, Slack, and Keynote/Slides
-
Experience managing multi-stakeholder accounts — agency, brand, talent, vendors
-
U.S.-based with availability for freelance contract work
-
Bonus if you’ve worked in startup-like or agency-of-record environments

Know how to build a client relationship that leads to renewal before the work even ends

Have talent relations or production chops

Can write a killer wrap deck (or at least manage the people who can)

Have worked with Fortune 1000 brands and kept your cool when things got weird
